How to edit cells in Excel (Mac) - Quickly!

Tired of all those mouse-clicks changing cell data in Excel for the Mac? Clicking on a cell, then clicking on the formula bar… There must be a quicker way!

And indeed there is. From now on, simply use Ctrl-U when you have selected a cell. This will put Excel in “edit mode”. Have a look at the video for a demonstration.

How to Put Your Macbook (Pro) to Sleep - Quickly!

Are you annoyed by the time it takes for your Macbook to go to sleep, once you close the lid? If you have lots and lots of memory (and with the latest models coming with 2GB out of the box, the chances are that you do have lots of memory), it could take as much as half a minute for the little “I’m asleep” light to start pulsating.

Did you know that you could damage your hard drive if you move your Macbook before it is asleep? So yes, you’ll have to sit and wait…
